Linux AWS Cloud Solutions Developer (Java, C++ Applications)

Responsibilities:
• As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for building a Linux AWS cloud-scale data platform and contribute to other elements of our service
• Must possess strong analytical and technical documentation skills
• Must be a team player and a leader who understands the importance of keeping the platform running
• Experience with distributed systems or a large enterprise background

Qualified candidates must demonstrate:
• Experience designing and implementing AWS Cloud services using Java, C++ on Linux
• 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming
• Experience developing and deploying modern, secure, cloud-based, big-data type applications
• Solid knowledge and experience with the Linux operating system
• Must have good understanding working with Kubernetes containers
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible
• Great knowledge working with MySQL servers and applications
• Capable and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• An excellent understanding and hands-on experience with design and development best practices
• Micro-services architecture and continuous delivery methodologies highly desired
