Program Manager for Large Networking Company in Milpitas, Ca.

Responsibilities:
• Perform activities for Product and Program Management for the Software Implementation and Delivery of IAM services.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Market Requirement Documents by discussing with the software user base and partner ecosystems.
• Perform Technical architecture, design and programming activities in Agile methodologies.
• Act as a Product Owner and work on feature prioritization, user stories and SCRUM delivery using tools such as Rally, JIRA and project management tools.
• Perform technical data consolidation from various datasources from Enterprise Data Warehouse and synthesize actionable insights from the reports using data visualization skills such as Tableau, SAP BI tools.
• Roll out these software solutions to onboard, train and drive sales enablement among these Sales, Partners and other users of Cisco.
• Measure and present the KPI(Key Performance Indicators) metrics to the executives in the organization and formulate data based strategies to successfully execute the program.

Must Haves:
• Extensive experience with Managing Programs for Software Implementation and Delivery of IAM services.
• Strong experience in Scrum/Agile environment
• Managed team of software engineer, testers from different Vendors and perform supervisory duties of coaching, mentoring these teams.
• Go getter attitude and drive to get things done without supervisions.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills (will need to communicate and present work to upper management)
