Python Backend ETL Applications Developer for Global Device company located in Sunnyvale, CA

Job Description:

We’re currently seeking a senior software engineer with leadership skills to take ownership of creating and developing backend Python scripts and applications. Developing python programs for a suite of asset management and database tools.

Minimum qualifications:

• 7+ years of strong programming experience in Python
• Experience working on Linux/UNIX platforms
• Excellent understanding of databases and backend processes
• Ability to write and execute scripts to automate Python applications
• Great working knowledge with Databases such as: Postgres & Redis
• Good experience working with Version Control Systems a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
