OSI Engineering CEO Javier Diaz Named to Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley Board of Directors

Founded in 1989, HFSV brings together thought leaders, corporate supporters and inspiring, on-the-ground advocates dedicated to improving the lives and futures of Latinos in the region. 

For over X years, Javier has been deeply involved in initiatives and programs supporting advanced education and entrepreneurial development within the Latino community. He serves on the Board of Directors at Sacred Heart Nativity School, where he helps provide quality education and opportunities for underprivileged students. As a mentor at Stanford University’s Latino Business Action Network Entrepreneurship Initiative, Javier guides aspiring Latino entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the evolving business world. His expertise and dedication have also earned him a place on the Advisory Board of the EY Entrepreneur Access Network, where Black and Latino entrepreneurs are actively recruited and mentored.

Javier’s contributions to the tech industry and his community have been recognized with numerous honors, including being named one of the Hispanic Technology Executive Council’s (HITEC) 100 Most Influential Hispanic Professionals in Technology. This honor speaks to his positive influence as a leader in technology and his commitment to advancing diversity and innovation in the industry,
