OSI Engineering Publishes 2025 Social Impact Report

Silicon Valley, California, March 16, 2026 – OSI Engineering (OSI), a leading provider of Technology Workforce Solutions to some of the world’s leading technology innovators and Forbes 100 companies, today announced the release of its 2025 Social Impact Report. The comprehensive report details the company’s strategic initiatives to bridge the gap between underserved students and high-demand careers in AI, STEM, and advanced engineering.

By integrating strategic funding with hands-on involvement, OSI has scaled its partnerships with a diverse array of nonprofits, academic institutions, and community boards to foster economic mobility and generational change.

“Our success is measured by the opportunities we create and lives that we change,” said Javier Diaz, CEO of OSI Engineering. “In 2025, we translated our core values into action by lowering barriers to entry and ensuring that students in our communities have the practical tools to thrive in the modern economy”.

Key Pillars of the 2025 Social Impact Strategy:

OSI’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework is built on six foundational pillars designed to create a lasting legacy of excellence:

  • Education & Mentorship: Driving student success through programs like Hollister High School’s robotics initiatives and the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley, where OSI serves on the Board of Directors.
  • Workforce Equity: Investing in high-impact vocational training via the Center for Employment Training (CET) to provide marketable skills to those facing employment barriers.
  • Entrepreneurship & Supplier Diversity: Serving as a mentor and sponsor for the Latino Business Action Network (LBAN) at Stanford University and the EY Entrepreneurs Access Network to help diverse founders scale their enterprises.
  • Community Advocacy: Providing board leadership and resources to CASA of Santa Cruz County to support vulnerable youth in the court system.
  • Emerging Technology: Expanding AI literacy through ongoing sponsorship of Conectado AI, helping learners prepare for the new experience economy.

Selected 2025 Impact Highlights:

  • 16,640 students reached through high-impact “HOPE” assemblies with The Martha Niño Foundation
