With over three decades of experience in the power utilities industry, Hager brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in successfully managing electric maintenance and construction projects. Hager’s extensive background in electric construction supervision, resource utilization, and safety advocacy makes him an invaluable asset to the company. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and mentor electric crew leaders, ensuring the implementation of high-quality work processes and strict adherence to safety protocols.

A 39-year veteran of Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), Hager most recently served as an Electric Construction Supervisor and has held other significant roles at the company. In these roles, he consistently delivered outstanding results by effectively managing large-scale projects and optimizing resource allocation. Hager also played an active role in driving improvements to unplanned outage response, participating in multiple standards and procedures committees, and contributing to the Unplanned Outage Co-Creation workshop. He also made significant contributions as a member of the Supervisory Action Committee, which successfully revamped job descriptions for all management positions at PG&E.

Hager’s exceptional leadership skills were evident in his role as the project lead for the highly successful Camp Evers 2103/Rob Roy 2104 drone distribution pilot program. Hager’s ability to leverage innovative technologies and strategically prioritize work projects ensured optimal outcomes and enhanced operational efficiencies.

Throughout his career, Hager has consistently prioritized safety, communicated regulatory guidelines, and enforced a culture of safety on job sites. His expertise in communicating safety standards and regulatory guidelines has been instrumental in fostering a culture of safety within his teams.
